• 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely crushed Ritz crackers (about 12)**
  • 1 pound ground chuck

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and use your hands to gently mix. (Overmixing can make the meatballs tough)

Shape the meatballs into 12 2-inch diameter balls and arranged on a greased rimmed baking sheet.

Bake until golden and cooked through. About 15 minutes.

**Believe me…the Ritz crackers add a nice butteriness.
